Correction Policy

Yoshi Ae

Information moves fast—corrections must move faster.
In the world of crypto, headlines ripple across markets, and data shapes decisions in real time. That’s why TokenFest treats editorial accuracy as a responsibility, not a formality. Our team is committed to ensuring that every article, update, and market forecast is not only timely but grounded in fact.

Mistakes can happen. What matters is how quickly and transparently they’re addressed. This policy outlines how TokenFest handles factual errors and what steps we take to maintain trust with our readers.

Correction Criteria

Corrections are issued when:

  • A factual error appears in published content (e.g., token price, dates, names, market cap, protocol information).
  • A statement is found to be misleading due to omission, outdated context, or misinterpretation.
  • A quote or source is misattributed or inaccurately summarized.

We do not issue corrections for subjective interpretations, predictions, or clearly labeled opinion/editorial pieces unless factual components within them are incorrect.

Reporting a Mistake

Spotted an issue? We welcome your input.

To request a correction, please email [email protected] with:

  • Article Title & URL
  • Description of the Error: Include specifics (e.g., “Incorrect token launch date,” “Mismatched price movement,” etc.)
  • Evidence or Suggested Correction: Optional but appreciated—this helps our editorial team verify quickly

Every legitimate report is reviewed by a senior editor. If a correction is warranted, it will be applied promptly.

Our Process

Once an error is confirmed, our team:

  1. Verifies the claim using primary and trusted sources (blockchain data, official statements, etc.)
  2. Updates the article with accurate information
  3. Adds a correction note at the bottom of the piece, clearly indicating what was changed and when

For minor issues (e.g., typos or grammar fixes), we update silently unless the error alters meaning.

Transparency & Editorial Independence

We publish corrections as a public service—not due to outside influence. No advertiser, project, or sponsor has editorial control over TokenFest’s correction decisions. Every update is made based on truth and reader trust—not token affiliation.

Stay Engaged

Reader vigilance helps us stay sharp. If you have questions about a published article or believe something doesn’t line up, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Crypto doesn’t wait, and neither do we—especially when it comes to getting the facts straight.
