Rebecca Rettig is complex commercial litigator, focusing on legal and regulatory matters relating to blockchain and digital assets. Rebecca’s litigates and arbitrates matters relating to digital assets and blockchain. In addition, Rebecca has advised Wall Street private equity firms on the legal and regulatory implications relating to potential digital asset- and blockchain-related investments, and has advised clients on the legal and regulatory implications of issuing security and consumer tokens. Rebecca also advises and guides blockchain clients in pre litigation disputes to resolution to ensure that they avoid protracted and/or public litigation. Rebecca is a member of Global Digital Finance (“GDF”), a global industry body that has drafted a Code of Conduct for token sales, and, in her capacity with GDF, contributed substantially to the proposed code relating to token offering white papers.
